Responsibilities:
· Handle all phone enquiries.
· Ensure smooth operations at the Reception and maintain a high standard of service provided.
· Attend to members' enquiries and provide accurate information in an efficient manner.
· Address members' feedback.
· Neat and organised; proficient in administrative tasks.
· Ensure Main Lobby is neat and tidy and everything in order.
Requirements:
· O/A Levels or Diploma in any discipline.
· Well-spoken and possess a happy disposition and a can-do attitude.
· Passionate about customer service.
· Willing to learn and possess good work attitude.
· Able to multi-task and be a team player.
· Good interpersonal skills and proficient in English.
· Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
