Senior Channel Sales Manager

Generation Next Communications Pte. Ltd.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Channel Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations
in the Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Mongolia, and Bangladesh territory. The ideal candidate will have extensive direct experience working/dealing with leading PC and printer brands such as HP (preferred), Canon, Lenovo, Acer, and Dell.

Strong work experience of Nepal market will be considered a significant additional advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
    • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all channel partners in the assigned territory.
    • Direct interaction with Brand Team (HP, DELL etc) for competitive price sourcing and quarterly targets
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Coordinate with channel partners to maximize sales opportunities and ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
    • Lead planning & strategy to sign new distribution brands.
  • Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of PC solutions and printer solutions.
    • Provide training and support to channel partners on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
    • Work closely with the Brand team (HP, DELL etc) to address any customized product or service needs.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Explore and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and competitive landscape.
    • Engage with Brands (HP, DELL etc.) to start distribution in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Mongolia, and Bangladesh markets
  • Cross-functional Coordination:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
    • Act as a liaison between channel partners and the brand team to facilitate communication and resolve any issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably working/dealing with brands like HP, Lenovo, Acer, Canon and Dell.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Experience in the markets of Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Mongolia, and Bangladesh
