Responsibilites:
- Handle all correspondence related to common propert.
- Manage and maintain records of correspondence, documents, drawings, and materials.
- Manage the register of owners' and tenants' details.
- Advise and arrange insurance policies for fire, public liability, work injury compensation, and other risks as directed.
- Manage the use of common property and recreational facilities, approving usage.
- Issue notices to owners, tenants, or persons to comply with or remedy bylaw breaches.
- Coordinate applications with relevant government departments and authorities.
- Monitor staff movement and report to the Chief Operations Manager for alternative deployment arrangements.
- Handle permit and waiver applications and appeals.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality
