Our client, an established global food solution currently looking for Sales Executive to join the company.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct and monitor the activities of a sale team of 2-5 members to achieve established sales targets
- Develop sales plans, strategies. campaigns and manage day to day activities to implement company's overall sales strategy
- Build good relationship with suppliers and negotiate better conditions
- Coordinate and maintain good communication and working relationship with internal stakeholders
- Preparing of tenders and negotiate with key accounts to secure tenders
- Coach sales team members on the technical aspect of the company's products and services
- Contribute to the sale development, marketing, customer relation, advertising and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
- Understand customer/market needs and provide management and team with the necessary information.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with leadership quality
- Demonstrate a strong sense of integrity and developing cultural competency at the workplace
