Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term strategic account relationships, initially in Singapore, then grow business globally.
- Solution selling to existing customer base and new prospects, both direct and through partners
- Drive the entire sales process; responsible for opportunity qualification and development, RFP/RFI proposal development and customer reviews, negotiations and deal closure.
- Prepare and provide business proposals to the customers.
- Nurture opportunities and fill pipeline by active engagement with prospects, key customers and partners.
- Responsible to articulate compelling value propositions and developing executive relationship with Csuite and key stakeholders within accounts.
- Able to present well on our solution to client and consultant.
- Host customers and consultants to our showroom and sell our solution.
- Able to work on tender submission within deadline independently.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors in accounts
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years’ experience in solution selling and new business development within enterprise and/or data centre customers, demonstrating customer orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
- Sales orientation demonstrating strong track record of achievement in managing sales and exceeding all targets.
- Strong relationship management skills, clear verbal and written communication skills and experience in influence-without-authority
- Innovative and able to foresee market conditions.
- Extrovert with a sales mindset with winning, collaborative attitude.
- Ability to work independently and with internal teams and partners.
