Responsibilities:
• Establish and foster strong relationships with prospects and convert them into clients
• Conduct face-to-face consultations with prospects
• Provide professional immigration advice and solutions to high-net-worth individuals on areas
in migration/visa/permit
• Perform pitch to potential prospects and convert them into clients
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process in all
aspects for our clients
• Undertake and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company
• Partake in tasks across various functions as necessary
• Undertake projects as advised on an ad-hoc basis
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in immigration services advisory or corporate
secretarial services
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Complete tasks within agreed timeframes and in line with expectations; capable of
managing a high number of tasks simultaneously, and setting priorities accordingly; ability to
meet various deadlines
• Extroverted with a high degree of personal presence with excellent networking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Maturity and professionalism to handle sensitive information
