Role Overview:
The software engineer will participate in our Graduate Program, which is an immersive, rotational program of structured learning is designed to accelerate the development of those graduating in 2024. Through business-critical projects, you will gain hands-on exposure across a multitude of technologies and disciplines. Program participants will work alongside those who build the systems and tools utilized across all areas of the business: Finance, Trading, Portfolio Management, Operations and Risk.
What are we looking for?

- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or any other STEM degree from an accredited university with a demonstrated track record of academic achievement.
- Programming experience in any language
- Individuals with strong communication skills
- Individuals who are excited to enter the collaborative, fast-paced, challenging world of Finance and Technology.
Program Structure:
Our 18-month program is broken into four distinct learning streams from an initial induction to a performance review and ongoing mentorship. The program will be structured around your specific set of skills and areas of interest as well as the needs of the wider business; placements and work streams are tailored to your unique learning and development needs while also identifying areas where your contribution will make the most impact.
You will hone your software and programming skills while developing an understanding of our business and financial markets within a supportive team that values open communication. As part of a team of software, production and infrastructure engineers, we offer the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and learn from some of the best engineers in our sector. The program also includes personalised mentoring, regular seminars with senior managers and key members of our staff, social events and opportunities to participate in the firm’s charitable activities.
