5 Days work Week (will involve Weekends and PH),
Shift One: 0800 - 1700; - No shift allowance
Shift Two: 1500 - 2400 - Shift Allowance 3% - 5% on top of salary for days working shift 2
Shift Three: 0000 – 0830 – 15% - 20% on top of salary for days working shift 3
Mostly shift one and two for the first 3-6 months
Shift 3 starts from after 6 months
With meal allowance given for shift 3

Associate Supply Chain Specialist (Contract)
This is a Shift Work Position (24/7) and you will be required to rotate through each shift.
· This position reports to the Asia On-Site Manager and is responsible for executing and achieving the objectives of the
· Integrated Materials Management (IMM) and Rotable Fleet Service Program at the Asia Centre in Singapore
· Particular emphasis on maintaining Program Customer/Supplier around the World with satisfaction and Program Growth.
· Responsible to Support Program Customers in areas of Customer Fulfilment coordination with Asset Management / Repair Management / Supplier Management on Inventory level/controls, Forecasting, Expediting and Customer/ Supplier Relations to achieve contractual and business Plan Goals and Objective.
· Works at the Functional or Program level to oversee Administration / AOG support plans and Supply Change Management processes and point of contact for Customer enquiries and solution providers.
· Performs Independent Analysis, defines integrated logistics support requirements, prepares estimates and schedules.
· Serves as a Company contact and spokesperson with the IMM Onsite Teams, IMM Network of Suppliers, Rotable Fleet Service On-Site Team, Rotable Network of Suppliers, Program Pool Service Providers and Seattle Main Office in multiple Programs located around the World from Singapore
· Coordinates development of solutions to complex Logistics support problems with product support, functions, customers, and suppliers.
Ensure Contractual Service levels are met or exceeded as the Program Customers
· Assist in the Development of office documentation Daily Management Tip Sheets, Business Scenarios and Desktop Procedures.
· Identify Special Demand from Customer and Report changes to Planning / Asset and Repair Team.
Monitor Supplier / Program Customer Performance.
· Places recovery STI's / PTI’s / PPI’s in shortage situations and follows up with supplier as necessary.
· Receive “Replace By Engineering” information from Supplier and effects necessary system changes to the IMM / Rotable Fleet Service and Customer systems and as needed support Customer Requirements.
· Identifies parts requiring Return to Supplier or Scrapping action are properly documented and returned to supplier and Systems Updates.
Maintains Accuracy between Program and Supplier Systems.
· Resolves 3rd Party Logistics Provider problems and Tracks Shipments both for Forward and Reverser Logistics.
