Job Description:
- Assist project manager to determine and define project scope, objectives, activities and tasks
- Reviews project proposal or plan to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
- Review electrical design drawing and ensure compliance with design specification
- Monitor the daily progress of activities to make sure the works completed timely
- Prepare engineering documents such as work instructions and progress reports, data, hand over status.
- Prepare and submit document such as shop drawing, as-built drawing, SPPG power turn on, and other electrical testing documents
- Handle mechanical works and maintenance in project
- Identify risk and defective issue in work environment and stop the work if unsafe conditions detected
- Operate of remote monitoring or fire alarm system
- Maintain a safe work environment and report to safety supervisor and construction manager
- Provide on-the-job coaching and track productivity of the operation team when needed
- Predict resources needed and prepare budget based on scope of work as well as track project costs in order to meet budget and requirements
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Attend site meetings, site discussions with client, quantity surveyor, main contractor, designer and other relevant parties for the related works
- Carry out site inspections to ensure quality of works and follow through the project progresses
- Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirement:
- At least diploma in Civil, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 year working experience as Engineer in construction electrical industry especially
- At least 3 year working experience in Fire alarm system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as need to liase with several parties
- Need to work overtime during critical periods as and when required
- Able work well under pressure as need to complete tasks within deadlines
- Able to interpret electrical drawing
- Knowledge in Auto Cad, Revit Architecture, Max, MS Office
- Able to interpret electrical drawing and it relevan
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skill
- Required to travel between office and site
- Able to attend to emergency call due to project and works needs after office hours
- Able to adapt to construction site working environment without air-conditioner or work under hazard environment
