Job Descriptions

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Event) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating opportunities for our invisible braces through roadshows, events, and other face-to-face marketing activities. This role involves taking charge of the entire sales funnel, from generating leads to qualifying them and booking appointments with our partner clinics.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through roadshows, events, and other promotional activities.
  • Customer Engagement: Present the benefits of invisible braces to potential customers, answer their questions, and address any concerns.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Take charge of the entire sales process from lead generation to qualification and booking appointments with clinics.
  • Qualification: Assess potential customers’ needs and suitability for invisible braces, ensuring they meet the criteria for further consultation.
  • Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified leads and clinic professionals.
  • Team management and relationship Building: Work with a group of promoters, when there are simultaneous events and be accountable for their achievements and support wherever required. Develop and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, partners, and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and outcomes. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and clinic teams to ensure seamless handoff and exceptional customer experience.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback and market trends to the product development and marketing teams.

You're a fit for this role, if you:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferable if you have prior experience in handling roadshows/corporate events
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people improve their smiles.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and schedules.
  • Willingness to travel across multiple locations and work agile hours, including weekends.
