Job Description:
· Takes charge of individual projects been assigned the department which includes preparation of quotations, cost-analysis and vendor negotiation
· Reporting to the project director and sales manager for project cost analysis and progress
· Working closely with the design team on lighting proposals and mock-up submissions
· Negotiation and liaison with suppliers and manufacturers
· Issuance of sales orders, delivery orders, sales invoice
· Analysis of costs to ensure profitability
· Management of assigned projects to achieve annual sales targets
· Coordination with other departments after order confirmation to ensure timely delivery
· Assisting the project team for site coordination and project implementation
· Securing of approved drawings and sign-off from designers and clients
· Preparation of factory drawings according to requirements and chase for sign-off and approval by the client
· Monitoring of the lead times and delivery schedules to meet deadlines
· Keeps a monitoring report for all pending quotations
Requirements:
· Team player
· Ability to communicate with all levels
· PC literate and proficient in MS Office
· Preferably with Engineering/Architectural/Interior Design background
· Experience in tiles, furnishing and lighting trade.
· Ability to read layout and plan drawings
