We are looking for operation Supervisor.
Job Requirement
As a supervisor,
you need to oversee the setup and operations of the equipment in the factory and develop processes to increase efficiency and ensure that finished products meet all specifications. You may also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing machinery, such as milling machines or metal lathes. The work requires knowledge of supervisory techniques, personnel policies, and procedures. Operates machines and other equipment to observe operation and diagnose malfunctions or to test repaired equipment.
The Supervisor also need to assigns work, implements Safety, Quality and Efficiency related policies and procedures by means of on-the-job training. The supervisor need to recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

The Supervisor has the responsibility to lead teams of machinists on site both from a technical and leadership point of view whenever required as per the job.

- Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, monitoring variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Experience, Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
