Responsibilities:
- Brand Identity: Develop unique tone and style for each of our three brands.
- Brand Ownership: Make sure events, ideas, and collateral are on-brand.
- Teamwork: Lead a small team, and work with floor, bar and kitchen teams.
- Campaign Management: Own the marketing calendar and execute revenue-driving campaigns across our four venues.
- Market Research: Identify business opportunities and take inspiration from across the globe to enhance the Loco experience.
- Social Media & Content: Grow following of the restaurant group through creative content on our web and social media channels.
- Event Planning: Oversee signature events to make our venues stand out.
- Email Marketing: Encourage repeat visits through our CRM system.
- OKRs and Budget: Maintain budget, set and track progress against OKRs.
- Public Relations: Oversee media relations and press releases.
- Reporting: Assess each campaign to ensure a cycle of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications or business.
- Track record of success in a multi-outlet restaurant business.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO social media and digital advertising.
- Experience in managing teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and written English.
- Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry.
- Willingness to go beyond the bounds of traditional marketing to create memorable experiences for our customers.
