We are actively looking for a Corporate Finance Senior Associate with a desire to work in a fast paced and growth-oriented organization. This candidate will be assisting with a wide range of day-to-day activities that are currently under the purview of the corporate finance team. This may involve such duties as the preparation of presentation materials, financial modelling and valuations, preparation of due diligence materials, conducting industry research and preparation of monthly reports for external investors.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing complex financial and valuation models.
- Involvement with the origination and execution of transactions. Participating and assisting in due diligence processes.
- Preparation of presentations, information memorandums and other monthly reporting materials to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conducting industry and company-specific research where necessary.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelors degree 2-4 years of working experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including valuation and financial modelling
- Ability to management a variety of transactions / projects simultaneously
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience in investment banking or similar position preferred
