Job Descriptions:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, address customer inquiries, and provide product information.
- Meeting and finding new customers/leads, and attending customers’ queries, doing presentations, etc.
- Following up closely with customers
- Identify potential sales opportunities and upselling possibilities during customer interactions. Conduct outdoor presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with existing and new customers/leads
- Actively looking and working on sales opportunities through cold call, networking, social media or other channels
- Preparation of sales quotation, tenders and all sales related documentations, duties and administrative procedures
- Attend site meeting(s), solving site issues(s) when requires
- Process sales orders efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and details are complete.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good rapport with customer
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Pro-active and highly motivated with positive mindset and attitude
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Diploma or degree or equivalent
- Willing to learn and take up new challenges
- Must be sales driven, result oriented and initiatives.
