Key Responsibilities:
· Greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries and selections.
· Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
· Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise displays, and keeping the area tidy.
· Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
· Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, seeking to resolve them promptly.
· Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Participate in regular training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous retail sales experience preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
· Basic math skills for processing transactions.
· Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
