We are looking for a specialist in Regional Investment Promotion with an Indian context. The challenge for Investment Promotion is to identify prospective investors within specific sectors and subsectors, to actively promote Regional Investment opportunities and to facilitate the investment through continued investor care and follow-up.
Description of Job Responsibilities:
The Investment Promotion Specialist will be engaged in the following activities:
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential investors within Company's targeted sectors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Achieve and lead a high-performance management team to achieve profitability and business objectives set by the company.
- Contacting investors and making individual and group presentations on investmentopportunities within company's targeted sectors
- Coordinating investment conferences and road-shows with investors in Singapore and South East Asian countries for joint promotion activities
- Continue follow-up with investors to facilitate their investment while identifying and resolving any outstanding issues for the investors with the support of the Company's investment promotion team members in Singapore.
- Lead/Support conversion and execution of mandates – including preparation of Financial Models, high-quality presentations etc.
- mplementing strategies for operational management and development so as to meet organizational plans and goals within budgets and timelines.
- Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly followed.
- Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations.
- Reporting weekly on activities and progress to the parent company in India.
Other qualifications
- Fluent in English. This position requires liaising with partners in India. Knowledge of Indian language/s is preferable.
- Proficient computer skills, especially in MS office
- Must be willing to travel within Singapore & Southeast Asian countries
