Product Development:
- Develop and execute strategic brand plans to meet corporate objectives.
- Gather information on new products.
- Support the launch of new products, including product presentations.
- Oversee the development and management of wallcovering products for the Singapore office.
- Coordinate the development and management of wallcovering products across the region.
Market Research:
- Provide sales personnel with updates on product roadmaps, competitor information, opportunities, and market conditions.
- Analyze market intelligence reports.
- Prepare technical specifications and update project information.
Stock Replenishment (Stocks & Samples):
- Ensure timely replenishment of stocks and samples, and clear outdated and obsolete stocks.
- Monitor stock movements.
Customer Service:
- Assist sales in identifying substitute products.
- Handle sales complaints and follow up with suppliers.
- Support sales with product specification inquiries.
- Conduct regular customer visits.
- Provide product training for internal and external customers throughout the region.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct product training for internal and external customers.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Preferably a Junior Executive specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
