Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a sub-system throughout its lifecycle.
- Perform engineering requirements analysis.
- Provide necessary technical documentation, including:
- Design Documents (Preliminary, Final)
- Statement of Works for suppliers and external contractors
- Input/output requirements for Interfaces Management
- Inputs for specialty engineering: RAMS, EMC/EMI, Cyber-Security
- Inputs for Installation Management
- Operation and Maintenance documentation
- Training materials
- Assist the bid team to scope and cost engineering work packages.
- Work with contractors to produce costing and ensure timely delivery.
- Report and follow-up on the KPIs for the sub-system.
- Participate in progress meetings.
- Analyze and correct Problem Change Requests.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated engineering competencies required for qualification to INCOSE CSEP (or equivalent, or ASEP) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an engineering role.
- Ability to decipher technical scope from high-level requirements.
- Experience with governmental and/or complex IT projects.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working on security projects.
- Experience working within a systems engineering lifecycle.
- Membership in relevant professional organizations, such as INCOSE, Institution of Engineers Singapore, etc.
