This position manages tenders relating to civil / marine projects. The incumbent shall be part of the tender team as a technical expert to prepare and review detailed design and construction for new potential projects.
About the job :
- Lead tender team in preparation of technical submissions for tender and tender prequalification exercises.
- Review tender documents and summarize critical information.

- Prepare all documentation including method statements and other submissions.
- Compile and prepare tender queries and response to tender queries.
- Analyze tender documents, formulate requirements and demands, signal risks and opportunities and select in- and external partners in consultation with management.
- Contribute to and/or manage the planning of people (e.g. supporting departments and external partners) and equipment and ensure optimization of the project program during the tender and execution phases.
- Draft method statements and execute, monitor and follow-up production and/or cost calculations.
- Prepare and monitor tender progress.
- Coordinate with tender team/consultants/various government agencies/authorities to obtain necessary information to facilitate for tender submission.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes during tender stage.
- Prepare and carry out tender presentation.
- Monitor market for upcoming tenders and to obtain information.
Requirements:
- Able to travel to regional countries for short assignments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering
- At least 10 years relevant experience in tender and project management for civil , marine infrastructure projects
