Residential developer looking for customer-orientated executive to provide excellent service and liaison with owners on defects management.
Job Description:
- To coordinate and arrange for joint inspections with owners after defects have been lodged in Defects Management App
- Monitor and track defects rectification, and if necessary, liaise with main contractor to complete the defects promptly
- To coordinate and arrange for closing inspections with owners after rectification to sign off the defects in Defects Management App
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 past work experience in high-end private residential projects, preferably in defects management
- Able to start immediately or on short notice
