Location: Henderson
Work Hours: 8.30 to 5.30pm, Mon to Fri
Responsibilities
- Handle and maintain full set of accounts for companies within portfolio
- Process all purchase invoices, expense claims and supplier payments on a timely basis
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly financial reporting
- Handle daily cash and sales reconciliations
- Handle intercompany billing
- Liaise with Auditors during the yearly audit
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by Finance Supervisor/Manager
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA and equivalent professional qualifications
- At least 1 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good understanding of GST is preferred
- Self-motivated, meticulous and/or be a proactive team player
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently or with minimum supervision
