We are looking for a jack-of-all-trades who can manage and connect different Operation teams, think on their feet, find solutions and multitask. In this position, the successful candidate will be hands-on handling the company day-to-day operations and collaborating with teams, department and our customers. We operate under BC Microsoft and ASANA so the focus is on accountability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Plants Rental Department.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress
- Focus on preventing and reducing unplanned schedule changes by tracking and communicating root causes to missed schedule adherence.
- Scheduling, coordinating and ensuring timely delivery of our service to the customers
- Collaborate and connect between departments (Customer Service, Sales, Procurement, Accounts, Marketing) providing support and ensuring that all of the team requests are met.
- Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills with ability to manage employees
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
- Write and submit reports to company leadership in all matters of importance
- Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
- Forecast labor, materials and equipment needs
Qualification and Criteria
- Work with a high standard of performance, personal integrity, and fairness.
- Demonstrate strong initiative with ability to work with limited direct supervision
- Demonstrate strong administrative paperwork and organizational skills
- Valid Singapore Driving license.
- Min 3-4 years experience
