Job Description
1. Attend to the inquiry, sourcing
2. Handle company administration work.
3. Prepare quotation, Invoices, packing list, purchase order
4. Liaise with logistic company for the shipment
5. Assist in marketing and sales
6. Other works as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Good personality and have a good sense of time management.
- Proficiency in both written and conversing in English.
- Entry level candidates may apply.
- Ability to prioritize, plan and focus on deadlines
- Minimum GCE 'O', 'A'-Levels, NITEC or Diploma, degree holder
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred
