Key Responsibilities
• Assess and audit suppliers together with the business and supply chain team.
• To manage exceptional issues escalated by the business and supply chain team.
• Review and update supplier performance KPI with the business and supply chain team.
• Monitor and update storage compliance law and policy for stakeholders.
• Follow up with suppliers to develop supporting solutions as business needs.
• Coordinate with various teams to develop saving projects.
• Follow up with suppliers to develop shipment solutions to minimize total costs jointly with the business and supply chain.
• Monitor and update shipment compliance law and policy to stakeholders.
Qualifications/ Experience/ Attributes
• Bachelor’s degree, preference for Logistics/Supply Chain
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• 5 + years of buying experience dealing with diversified logistics suppliers and tools.
• Strong record of leading logistics projects to effective solutions, including understanding the supplier base, evaluating options, deciding a course of action, and
• implementations.
• High level of computer literacy, including MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
• Supply chain or logistics experience is required.
• Motivated with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive
attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.
• Professional attitude and Adaptable / Flexible approach to work
• Strong multi-tasking and data analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate and lead meetings.
