Our client is a leading global manufacturer and provider of commercial vehicle solutions with strong presence in many countries around the world. This automotive leader is now looking for a Service Sales Executive to join their team in line with their expansion.
about the job
- Responsible for managing the service agreement sales and expanding customer segments
- Actively promote the Service Agreement business for long term growth, such as Accident Claims, Service Agreement and Telematics
- Overall processing and assessment of accident claims for customers
- Serve customers promptly and guide customers through the accident claim process
- Represent customers to prepare and submit estimation in repair cost
- Conduct inspection of any damage via arrangement with surveyors and settle repair costs
- Coordinate and administer paperwork and invoicing of the repairs to customers and insurers
- Responsible for Dynafleet Sales according to the KPI set
- Actively ensure prompt reporting and collection of AR
job requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Technical/Computer systems or similar
- Possess prior aftersales experience within the automotive industry
- Ideally possess experience in processing accident claims
- Willing to work in the West (transport pick up provided)
