RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation and checking of Private Banking loan documentation as the primary role, with secondary role handling and checking Private Banking loans and Corporate Banking Loans. Experience in PB documentation is essential.
- Follow-up with relationship managers/legal counsel on outstanding documentation and condition subsequent
- Perform UAT testing
- Liaise with Bank’s external solicitors on various matters including non-standard form facility and security documents
- Daily MER Report Monitoring and escalate to relevant Department should there be any breach.
- Carry out other duties as and when assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ related working experience within the Banking industry, particularly in PB loans documentation.
