Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the decision-making team in formulating the company's development strategy and provide key decision-making advice for achieving the company's medium and long-term goals.
- Organize and establish the company's financial system, and develop and improve financial management-related regulations.
- Provide suggestions and decision support for major corporate activities such as investments, financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow, and determine and oversee the reasonable structure of company debt and capital.
- Raise the necessary funds for company operations, supervise fund management reports and budgets, and approve major company fund flows.
- Establish and refine the company's investment and financing management system.
- Manage and maintain public relations with banks, non-bank financial institutions, securities firms, investment funds, and other clients.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a master's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Have over 8 years of experience as a CFO in renowned companies or in investment management at securities firms, with a strong preference for those with in-depth knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
- Possess extensive financing resources and operational experience, with the capability to independently develop financing plans.
- Be familiar with corporate financial management, capital planning systems, and processes, with rich experience in capital operations.
- Hold certifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or Board Secretary.
- Exhibit strategic thinking, high business sensitivity, meticulous work, and strong leadership skills.
