We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales and Events Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts to book restaurant spaces for corporate events, private parties, and other large gatherings. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and event organizers.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients, event planners, and companies for event space sales.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and attending industry events.
- Create customized sales pitches and presentations to attract and secure new business.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct site visits and provide tours of the restaurant spaces to prospective clients.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to tailor event proposals and packages.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales and event planning process.
Event Coordination:
- Collaborate with the restaurant teams to ensure seamless coordination of events.
- Work with clients to create bespoke event packages, including custom menus, entertainment, and logistics.
- Ensure all event details are communicated clearly to the operations team for flawless execution.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
- Create awareness of the restaurant's event spaces through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and direct outreach.
- Offer special packages and promotions to attract corporate bookings.
Administration and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and market feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
