Job Title: Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting Sales Managers to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Head, the objective of this role is to perform Solution selling activities in assigned markets
Objective of the Role:
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
- Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients.
- Be a team player working closely with other members of the Marketing and Services team
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be working with all aspects of the sales process, from go-to market plans, campaigns, assessment, consultancy, and sales to after-sales-service.
- You will be responsible for MS Dynamics Solution Sales
- You will be responsible for Lead Generation, Evaluation, Presentation, Follow-up and Closure.
- Need to work closely with marketing team on lead generation. Need to work closely with business development and services team on project closure
- Able to meet sales targets and in line with the organizational business objectives and strategy
Knowledge and Expertise:
- Minimum Solution Sales experience of 5 years in Singapore market
- Solution Selling experience in the following verticals would be an added advantage:
o Manufacturing
o Retail
o Engineering
o Services
o Education
Person Specification:
- You need to be fully dedicated to sales and have enough drive and hunger for sales to achieve the distance.
- You need to be a Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Should be a good Listener and Learner. Try to understand the customer’s needs and provide solutions accordingly
