Job Role:
The selected candidate will be required to:
- Plan and carry out industry and community engagement plans.
- Deliver policies and programmes to employers and encourage them to adopt fair and progressive employment practices.
- Develop and sustain good working relationships with industry and community partners to promote TAFEP’s initiatives and programmes.
- Organise seminars and training workshops.
- Make presentations and conduct workshops/briefings.
- Staff relevant meetings.
- Other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of employment-related legislations and HR best practices will be an advantage.
- Have good analytical, writing and presentation skills.
- Able to multi-task and work independently.
- People oriented.
- Strong competency in MS-Office software is essential.
