Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior executives to execute strategic campaign touchpoints for in-store events and promotional marketing, ensuring alignment across e-commerce and retail channels with strong knowledge in Omni Channel.
- Oversee seamless campaign integration and execution, coordinating with onsite management and retail operations.
- Manage the procurement and distribution of gifts with purchase (GWP).
- Conduct post-mortem analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Direct retail marketing campaigns to align with brand strategies and business objectives, enhancing customer engagement through innovative in-store solutions.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with malls and brands for engaging in-store promotions and events, securing marketing support to drive store traffic.
- Develop targeted marketing strategies for flagship stores, positioning them as innovation leaders and enhancing customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze retail marketing campaigns' performance to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Drive strategic brand collaborations to enhance product offerings and promotional activities, aligning marketing efforts to support mutual strategic goals.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to marketing teams, streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster professional development, ensuring high performance and productivity within the team, with strong analytical skills in SQL and Google Analytics being advantageous.
