Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Utilise advanced social media analytics tools to track, measure, and optimise campaign performance across platforms such as WeChat, Little Red Book, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Conduct comprehensive social listening and competitor analysis to inform strategy development and content creation.
- Create and manage social media calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery aligned with current trends and client objectives.
2. Market Research and Data Analysis:
- Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in international markets.
- Utilise data visualisation tools such as Python and Tableau to present market research findings, creating actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence reports, providing in-depth analysis on industry trends and potential market expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market research findings into business development strategies, supporting the expansion of Jeffery Adventure's international presence.
3. AI Model Training:
- Train and optimise AI models to generate high-quality social media content, such as copywriting, posters, and video scripts.
- Implement basic machine learning algorithms and natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance content generation and personalisation.
- Continuously refine AI model testing and training datasets to enhance content quality and marketing effectiveness.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify user behaviour patterns and preferences, informing content creation and marketing strategies.
- Ensure AI-generated content complies with brand guidelines, legal standards, and ethical practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Have experience in social media or digital marketing, with a solid understanding of platforms like WeChat, Little Red Book, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with some knowledge of Python or similar programming languages being an advantage.
- Foundational understanding of AI applications in content creation, including machine learning principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of effectively collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong learning ability and a sense of innovation, adaptable to the rapidly changing market environment and technological advancements.
- Experience in 4A advertising agencies will be beneficial for this job.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin will be advantageous for this role, as it serves a diverse clientele and market demographic.
