Job Description:
- Carry out strategic communication programs for internal and external audiences
- Support the Singapore communications team on media relations, social media, issues management, customer & staff events, community relations and internal staff communications and campaigns
- Gather research necessary for drafting speeches and memos for senior leaders
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks and logistics
- Maintain and update the records management system and quarterly reporting for the team, and any other adhoc reporting requirements by the regulator or government agencies.
- Analyse and manage budgets to specific briefs.
- Regular media monitoring and analysis.
- Liaise with government and industry partners where necessary on speaking engagements for business leaders
- Compile and update business information, presentations and fact sheets
- Develop materials to support internal communications strategies.
- Lead, plan and execute internal and external events
- Oversee all planning, creative designs, written materials, logistics and on-site management for each event
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Degree of relevant discipline
