Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns with the overall vision and strategy of the organization. Lead HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
Talent Management and Workforce Planning
- Design and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to identify, attract, select, and retain top talent across all global locations. Oversee workforce planning and organizational design efforts to ensure they meet current and future business needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits plans that are sustainable and support the organization's strategic objectives. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employee compensation and benefits.
Performance Management
- Implement a performance management system that aligns with company objectives and fosters high performance, employee engagement, and career development.
Learning and Development
- Lead the creation and implementation of learning and development programs that provide all employees with the skills and knowledge required to meet their current and future job requirements.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Drive initiatives to promote a positive work environment, employee well-being, and high levels of engagement. Act as a mediator in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining labor peace.
HR Policies and Compliance
- Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are up to date, compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, and aligned with the organization's culture and objectives.
HR Technology and Systems
- Oversee the selection and implementation of HR technology solutions that improve department efficiency and provide critical HR metrics for decision-making.
Diversity and Inclusion
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that create and maintain a respectful and inclusive work environment.
Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within a multinational corporation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including the China branch.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex HR projects and teams across multiple geographies.
