Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee tunnel construction activities to ensure they are delivered with good quality and on time.
- Supervise Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) tunnelling teams to ensure the works meet statutory and HSE requirements.
- Formulate work procedures related to TBM tunnelling / Pipe Roofing works for operation, assembly, launch, and dismantling activities.
- Planning and scheduling manpower and plant for TBM tunnelling works.
- Resolve on-site issues and emergencies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of tunnelling experience in managing tunnelling works of similar scale, complexity and ground condition.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- This role is an 18 months contract position with the possibility of converting to a permanent role.
