Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Scope
- Attend, check and report faulty area and arrange contractor to attend to area
- Replenish pantry / stationeries cabinet
- Top up supplies and maintenance
- Update material summary into excel base worksheets
- Sales order against quotation on prices, incoterms, delivery term and validity.
- Verify quotation prices with special pricelist
- Verify quotations against company signature policy
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus
