Job Purpose
The Education Consultant, under our Community Health Academy, will play an active role to identify business opportunities and work with the marketing team to grow sales. He/she will also work with the different academies to develop marketing outreach programmes, and follow-up with customer enquiries and provide consultation services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with all internal and external stakeholders, colleagues, department heads and subject matter experts to drive collaboration and service excellence for any given projects / assignment;
- Actively source for new/emerging business partners (B2B sales) to grow our customer base;
- Organise and/or collaborate with partners (internal and external) to plan and execute outreach programmes (eg. road-shows, career fairs);
- Apart from B2B sales, he/she will also reach out to working adults to enhance their skills and improve their employability;
- Follow-up closely with customer enquiries.
Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma or Fresh Degree or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in education sector;
- Good oral and written communication, with good knowledge in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good time management and organisational skills with ability to multitask, prioritise and problem solve;
- Enjoys working and engaging working adults and business partners to share with them about life-long learning;
- Able to engage peers and work in a team.
