The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a well-established Japanese commercial vehicle solution provider and we are seeking to hire a Sales Order Processing Executive to join their business. Reporting to the Senior Business Controller and cross matrix reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful incumbent will support the sales team to process all incoming orders, manage inventory, and provide monthly forecasting.
- Work location: Tuas (transport from Boonlay or Admiralty MRT)
- Work hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8:30am - 5:30pm (with WFH arrangement)
- Basic salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonuses
The Job:
- Manage stock inventory and First-In, First-Out (FIFO) allocation
- Prepare daily/monthly management reports
- Forecast and provide monthly truck sales and order intakes to HQ logistics
- Maintain and verify truck orders, ensuring authorization levels are met
- Control inventory and update the sales team on stock availability and order status
- Prepare monthly slides for Demand and Business Review Meetings
- Update Vehicle Delivery Authority (VDA) and Logistics Delivery System (LDS) for sold trucks
- Activate release notes
- Collaborate with stakeholders for effective customer management system implementation
The Talent:
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience handling parts sales orders, from the Automotive or Heavy Machinery/Equipment industries will be highly advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working in an office located within a warehouse environment
