Job Description
- Lead and execute strategic campaigns and oversee tactical activities such as in-person events,email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage projects, ensuring smoothlogistics and timely milestone achievements.
- Monitor and track campaign progress using various marketing metrics, providingcomprehensive post-event evaluation, reporting, and analysis.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify and leverage opportunities that enhance leadgeneration activities.
- Designing posters, creating videos, employer branding, decorating the office for seasonalfestivities and engaging in team-building activities specifically related to marketing.
- Developing and managing marketing strategies and budgets.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to evaluate trends, enhance brandingawareness, and stay ahead of competition ventures.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Experience in B2B event management or content creation is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing-related software/tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
