Job Description:
• Plan and execute measurable and data-driven campaigns with Google SEM, Facebook and Instagram Ads to support business objectives.
• From time to time, manage and collaborate with agency on SEO optimisation.
• Manage and execute all social media engagements (posts, stories, comments, post reactions and DMs) with graphics designer.
• Plan, develop and collaborate with content writers on producing engaging and educational articles.
• Generate monthly reports with insights on marketing initiatives to measure ROI, identify areas of opportunities and/or improvements.
• Manage the implementation of tracking codes on landing pages using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or Facebook Pixel to ensure tracking accuracy and data hygiene.
• Develop communication initiatives to engage members such as eDMs and newsletters
• Assist in planning, coordinating and launching of website content with web developer.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a startup or agency.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate and translate campaigns’ data and feedback into actionable insights to optimise spend and performance.
• Resourceful individual with the ability to multi-task.
• Proven track record of building and executing digital marketing strategy from ground up.
• Experience in basic video filming and simple video editing will be a plus.
• Prior experience in optimising allocated budget is preferred.
