This role will drive student acquisition for all programs across Singapore and will be the custodian and responsible for the marketing initiatives and outcomes across programs and campuses.
Job Description:
- Lead generation and support/reporting activities – including fortnightly reports, managing the media buying agency and monitoring lead generations.
- Managing marketing and recruitment budget – reporting for budgets. Ensuring we stay within our budget, and that procurement procedures are followed and aligned with budgets.
- Social media activations, messaging and support – daily social media posts, meeting with guests, influencers, students, faculty and providing daily social media coverage and messages.
- Developing, arranging and executing marketing campaigns and collateral – working with creative team to create ads to support lead generation activities, assisting the student recruitment team, as well as creatives for social media campaigns, branding and awareness initiatives.
- Events support for recruitment and on-campus events.
- Coverage of on campus events and helping set up events, providing all the collaterals needed for the recruitment team.
Job Requirements:
- MBA/master’s in marketing
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and at least 2 years’ experience in digital
- marketing.
- Hands-on experience in building a well-known brand from scratch, using ATL, TTL and BTL tools.
- Competitive Understanding - Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape of the targeted city.
- Seize opportunities to adapt pricing, talent and business model.
- In depth knowledge of online marketing tools, PPC (Google AdWords, Yahoo Ads,
- Bing Ads and Facebook Ads)
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication and pleasing personality.
- Self-starter & Go-getter, problem solving skills, ability to work with deadlines and targets.
