Job Responsibilities:
· Transforming of the API production planning processes
· Responsible for leading new product launches
· Working with internal business units in managing day to day BAU duties and driving continuous improvements
· Demand management, supply prioritization and allocation
· Reports generation and monthly forecasting files
· Reconcile supply plan to demand plan to mitigate shortfalls and excess stock situations
· Production volume budgeting and inventory management
· Creating of inter-company purchase orders and stock transfer orders
· Handling of systems transactions
· Follow up on shipment for product launches and promotions
· Ensure accuracy and timeliness of tasks/projects
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· Minimum 3 year of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
