Job Description:
- To comply with the FSA, including all SFSM duties as specified and in accordance with statutory requirements;
- Prepare an Emergency Response Plan, revise and update it when necessary for the premises;
- Establish the formation of CERT and submission of CERT members organization chart to SCDF;
- Ensure that the fire safety and protection systems in the buildings are maintained to the standard that meet the local statutory requirements and that the buildings are free of fire hazards;
- Perform monthly inspection on the premises to ensure fire safety compliance;
- Liaise and coordinate with SCDF on all matters pertaining to fire safety and its requirements.
- SFSM is to be present during the annual fire certificate application/renewal by PE or SCDF;
- Familiarize the occupants in the buildings with the evacuation procedures and where necessary, conduct fire drill and table-top exercise;
- SFSM will be deployed as full-time headcount at site with all benefits as per Singapore Employment Act including Singapore's gazetted holiday, annual leave and sick leave entitlements, etc
Requirement:
- Must be registered Fire Safety Manager with SCDF.
- TO be required 2 to 3 Years experience as Senior Fire Safety Manager
