Job Responsibilities:
· To handle preparation of full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, Balance Sheet, P&L for monthly and yearly reporting.
· Conduct monthly bank, debtors, creditors, and inter-company reconciliations.
· Preparation of quarterly GST report for submission.
· Process monthly payroll
· Prepare of audit schedules
· Other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Account or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years working experience in similar position
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with accounting software (Xero) is a plus.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Self-motivated with great follow-up skills and be able to work independently
