As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring the overall success of the corporate sales business.
You will also -
- Set and execute an aggressive client acquisition strategy for corporate clients to generate revenue
- Recruit, coach, inspire, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets for corporate sales
- Identify, develop, and manage new client business relationships that drive sales and brand awareness
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained by the sales team to build a satisfied and loyal customer base
- Develop new marketing partnerships that will raise brand awareness through proactive outreach and network building
- Initiate and organize corporate events to widen our corporate client base
We want to speak with you if you are/have –
- At least 5 years of experience developing, leading, and retaining a high-performing sales team
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
- Excellent operational and analytical abilities
- Comfortable with a very fast-paced start-up environment
