Our Client is a MNC in the Manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Senior Export Service Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming shipments and associated documents according to customer requirements.
- Perform scanning tasks using the customer's warehouse management system.
- Ensure all documentation is completed and updated promptly to the Head Office.
- Coordinate with relevant parties for outgoing or return shipments as needed to support customer order fulfillment.
- Assist with month-end stock takes and replenishment of materials.
- Perform various administrative duties, including filing and document processing.
- Any ad-hoc duty as given
Requirement
- Min Diploma in Business Admin
- Min 3 years of experience in similar environment
- Experience in SAP SAGE
