Job Responsibilities
- Handle operation for import or export shipment and prepare necessary documentations Monitor shipment and ensure receipt of shipping documents
- Liaising with Shipping line/forwarder - booking of containers, checking of vessel schedule
- Data entry using in house system.
- Coordinate with transporters for trucking of containers
- Submission of Inward list to barge operator for portnet declaration.
- Liaising with Indonesia counterpart on container issues.
- Submission of Loading Confirmation reports to shipping liners/freight forwarders
- VGM (Verified Gross Mass) - Submission to shipping liner’s online platform
- Apply and process permit using Tradenet/Tradeweb
- Issue work order to external and internal contractors
- Verify billings from shipping line and contractor invoice
- Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- At least GCE 'O' Level
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in relevant work
