Technology & Operations
Our team comprises five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralizing and standardizing technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop automated solutions to build Infra Services in a manner consistent with the Banks’ standards; collect the right metrics at the right frequency and ensure the data is readily available for effective alerting, reporting, and analysis
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of dev, ops, and architects to understand complex Infra architectures to deliver standardized consistent builds.
- Identify and resolve problems relating to service operations and to prevent their recurrence using different methods of automation
- Write automation code in Ruby, Python, Shell Script , PowerShell, YAML ,JSON
- Troubleshoot Infrastructure Related issues
- Expert in analysing and correlating logs
Key Requirements:
Technical Skills & Experience
- The candidate must have at least 8+ years of experience of which at least 3 years in IT Operations related role
- Experience in Infrastructure Code Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Continuous Improvement using Chef, Chef Automate, Chef InSpec, Ansible ,Puppet.
- Strong awareness and sensitivity of the priority in maintaining full compliance with IT security and operation standards.
- Expert in Linux Administration, Shell Scripting and Regular Expressions
- Strong interpersonal skills; good communication skills and strategic thinking
- Able to work independently on individual assignments, while collectively with a team on larger projects.
- Good understanding of Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and implementation of same in real world along with exposure to associated tool sets (JIRA/Confluence)
- Technical background, with hands-on experience in Open Systems, Virtualization, Storage and Networking technologies.
- Ability to take ownership and deliver results.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
Desired Skills
- Experience in Ruby or scripting languages (egs: Python or JavaScript programming)
- Expert in Shell script, PowerShell ,SQL
- Knowledge and experience on any Infrastructure as a code tool (Chef, Puppet, Terraform)
- Hands-on experience with DevOps toolset (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Confluence etc)
- Implement and support DevOps, CI/CD process,
- Knowledge and Experience on System Administration and IT Infrastructure.
· Would be nice to have strong development background, knowledge about APIs and how to integrate different systems using the same.

Education background
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / IT
- Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous although not mandatory
