Role: Agile Process Assurance/Technology Risk Analyst (SDM - Software Development Methodology)

Key Requirements:

  • 1+ year working experience Agile, Process Compliance, Process Assurance, IT Audit, Technology Risk working
  • Must have good understanding and at least 1+ year hands-on working experience in System or Software Development Methodology (SDM), preferably worked with a development team before in banking or financial or insurance industry.
  • Technology Audit / Third Parties Risk Assessment / Technology Obsolescence/ Technology Risk Management experience.
  • IT Audit, Technology Obsolescence, Third Party Risk Assessment, IT Risk and Business Continuity
  • Ability to communicate plans and deliver timely effective information to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Job Objectives: The Process Assurance Team is within Group Banking Technology (GBT), supporting bank’s Project, Development and Technology Delivery teams to ensure Process Compliance to System Development Methodology (SDM) process.
  • Domain - Banking

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Independently plan, conduct, and coordinate process assurance assignments, involving waterfall and agile projects. Review progress and evaluates results, which are communicated to the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
  2. Independently leads and plans interaction with project managers and delivery leads to establish/execute process assurance plans.
  3. Plans and implements recommendations for major improvements to existing processes and procedures.
