Role: Agile Process Assurance/Technology Risk Analyst (SDM - Software Development Methodology)
Key Requirements:
- 1+ year working experience Agile, Process Compliance, Process Assurance, IT Audit, Technology Risk working
- Must have good understanding and at least 1+ year hands-on working experience in System or Software Development Methodology (SDM), preferably worked with a development team before in banking or financial or insurance industry.
- Technology Audit / Third Parties Risk Assessment / Technology Obsolescence/ Technology Risk Management experience.

- Job Objectives: The Process Assurance Team is within Group Banking Technology (GBT), supporting bank’s Project, Development and Technology Delivery teams to ensure Process Compliance to System Development Methodology (SDM) process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently plan, conduct, and coordinate process assurance assignments, involving waterfall and agile projects. Review progress and evaluates results, which are communicated to the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
- Independently leads and plans interaction with project managers and delivery leads to establish/execute process assurance plans.
- Plans and implements recommendations for major improvements to existing processes and procedures.
